The Keep Barnsbury Moving (KBM) project is now well underway.  Following a deeply flawed Phase 1 consultation process the Council have announced proposals for the most oppressive LTN to date for Barnsbury.Laycock and KBM has mounted a vigorous campaign to stop this LTN during Phase 2 of the consultation process.  Check out the KBM leaflet here:
